Welcome to Lebone Social Entrepreneurship and Leadership Initiative. Meaning 'Light' in Sesotho, Lebone was founded to illuminate pathways for young leaders and social innovators. We are dedicated to transforming grassroots challenges into sustainable community solutions through structured leadership development and entrepreneurship.

To inspire, train, and support emerging leaders and social entrepreneurs in Lesotho by providing transformative business education, leadership mentorship, and community-driven incubation programs that foster economic resilience and positive social change.
